2.4km fitness test training tips..?
OK so heres the thing.. I've given up smoking a month ago.. now am gonna get into my running etc. I need to run 2.4kms in 12 minutes in order to pass my fitness exam… Im a jockey so I am physically fir however am terrible when it comes to running!
What distances etc times should i be running to begin with? Each week etc.
I was gonna push myself to do 1km three times a day and then gradually add to it from there..?
